<h2>Terms and Conditions (B2B)</h2>

<h3>A) Scope</h3>
<p>1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by business customers (entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 German Civil Code) via our online shop.</p>
<p>2. A business customer is any natural or legal person acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.</p>
<p>3. Conflicting or deviating terms of the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.</p>
<p>4. All content, designs, product models, images, descriptions, and creative elements are protected by intellectual property rights. Product designs may be registered or pending registration with the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA).</p>
<h3>B) Conclusion of Contract</h3>
<p>1. Product listings in the online shop are non-binding and do not constitute a legal offer.</p>
<p>2. By placing an order, you submit a binding purchase offer.</p>
<p>3. A contract is concluded only upon our order confirmation via email.</p>
<p>4. We do not store the contract text permanently. Order details are accessible via email or customer account.</p>
<h3>C) Prices and Payment</h3>
<p>1. All prices are net prices plus applicable VAT and shipping costs.</p>
<p>2. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.</p>
<p>3. Available payment methods are shown during checkout.</p>
<p>4. We reserve the right to restrict payment methods.</p>
<p>5. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.</p>
<h3>D) Delivery and Availability</h3>
<p>1. Delivery times are stated on the product pages.</p>
<p>2. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.</p>
<p>3. We reserve the right not to accept orders if products are unavailable.</p>
<p>4. Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable.</p>
<h3>E) Right of Withdrawal</h3>
<p>No statutory right of withdrawal applies to business customers. Returns are only accepted by prior written agreement.</p>
<h3>F) Retention of Title</h3>
<p>The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.</p>
<h3>G) Warranty</h3>
<p>1. Statutory warranty rights apply under German law.</p>
<p>2. The limitation period is 12 months from delivery.</p>
<p>3. Customers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery and report defects within 7 days.</p>
<p>4. In case of defects, we provide repair or replacement.</p>
<p>5. Improper use, wear and tear, or external damage are excluded from warranty.</p>
<h3>H) Liability</h3>
<p>1. We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, and product liability.</p>
<p>2. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages.</p>
<p>3. Liability for non-essential obligations is excluded.</p>
<h3>I) Data Protection</h3>
<p>Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and applicable laws. Further details can be found in our Privacy Policy.</p>
<h3>J) Governing Law and Jurisdiction</h3>
<p>German law applies. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Hildesheim, Germany.</p>
<h3>K) Intellectual Property</h3>
<p>All content, designs, and products are protected by intellectual property laws. Any use without written permission is prohibited.</p>
